About Us 

We’re called The United Church because, many years ago, two Hyde congregations, the Baptist Church and the United Reformed Church, came together as one family. Today we stand united in faith: rooted in our heritage, Christ-centred in our worship, and open to everyone who walks through our doors.

Our fellowship is made up of people from many nations and every stage of life. We’re always delighted to welcome newcomers, and we trust you’ll soon feel at home among us. Every Sunday begins with a warm greeting and a chance to join us in uplifting, Christ-focused worship as we celebrate the good news of Jesus.
